Tom Brady jokingly claims he got a tattoo after Bruce Arians got one
Tom Brady was back at it with his patented Twitter tomfoolery this week when he jokingly revealed how he supposedly got a tattoo after Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians got inked to commemorate the team’s Super Bowl LV triumph.
On Tuesday, Arians took to social media to document how he got himself some championship ink, pointing out in a tweet how he is “a man of my word,” as the Bucs coach apparently vowed to get a tattoo if the team won the Super Bowl.
In response, Brady took to Twitter himself Wednesday morning to react to Arians’ ink. In the post, Brady is shown working out while sporting a tattoo featuring an image of Arians enjoying a celebratory beer during the Bucs’ championship revelry, along with the original photo from the boat parade.
“Looks great coach…I decided to get one too,” Brady wrote.
Interestingly enough, Brady’s “tattoo” is conspicuously located on his right knee. Brady recently underwent surgery and was spotted wearing a bandage on it this week in Costa Rica, where he and his family are currently on vacation.
While Brady’s tattoo is obviously fake, the tweet once again showcases how the seven-time Super Bowl champ is among the most savvy professional athletes out there when it comes to utilizing social media for comical purposes.
What’s more, Brady recently made headlines for offering up via social media a personal, actual phone number through which fans can get in touch with him.
