Tom Brady reacts to Buccaneers’ ‘amazing’ Super Bowl celebration

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers celebrated the team’s Super Bowl LV victory over the Kansas City Chiefs on Wednesday in somewhat unorthodox fashion, and Tom Brady gushed during the festivities about how it differed from his previous six parades with the Patriots.

First of all, the climate was much more pleasant when compared to those chilly February days in New England when the Patriots typically took to the streets in Boston to revel in yet another Super Bowl triumph.

Secondly, the Buccaneers’ celebration involved a boat parade in 80-degree weather near the Tampa Riverwalk on the Hillsborough River. And Brady was loving it.

“There were duck boats before (in Boston), but it was freezing cold,” Brady said in footage shared by Buccaneers’ official Twitter account. “It was nothing like this. 80 degrees. … This is perfect.”

GOAT on a boat, indeed.

Brady arrived in style, too, showing up in a $2 million boat that had the five-time Super Bowl MVP soaking up the sun while riding the waves in the lap of luxury.

The Bucs shared additional sights and sounds from Wednesday’s revelry via Twitter.

“This is amazing,” Brady went on to tell reporters about the parade and associated carousing alongside his teammates. “I’m loving it. I’m so happy for our team, everybody getting to experience this. This is a very cool day.”
