Rob Gronkowski shows off rhythmic gymnastics skills on ‘Game On!’
Rob Gronkowski is a man of many skills, something perhaps no better exemplified than what the NFL superstar manages to pull off in an upcoming episode of CBS’ “Game On!”
The show, which pits “Team Gronk” against the Venus Williams-led “Team Venus” that feature athletes and celebrities in a variety of offbeat athletics competitions (and much more), has already showcased many of Gronk’s off-the-gridiron talents. In an episode airing Wednesday night, Gronkowski sashays and pirouettes into the world of rhythmic gymnastics.
Definitely the most impressive part? Not only does Gronk manage to not embarrass himself, the All-Pro tight end who comes in at 6-foot-6 and 268 pounds looks like a natural while displaying surprising nimbleness in his movements.
Ahead of Wednesday’s telecast, CBS shared teaser footage from what should be another enthralling episode featuring Gronkian tomfoolery.
Let’s just say that Gronkowski looked much more comfortable twirling the ribbon apparatus than he did while dancing on the court with the Lakers Girls during last week’s episode.

Gronkowski of course will have to leave the hijinks and shenanigans he’s been enjoying during his brief NFL retirement behind for awhile, as he will be back on the field next season alongside longtime Patriots teammate Tom Brady with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
It remains to be seen how long Gronk’s second NFL chapter will last, but there’s no doubt the larger-than-life star’s charisma will leave him in demand for such projects like “Game On!” once he decides to hang up his cleats for good. And who knows? Maybe another foray into the world of professional wrestling could be in the offing as well.
