LeBron James posts tribute to son Bronny in wake of fan incident
LeBron James’ son Bronny was at the center of an unfortunate fan-related incident during Sierra Canyon’s game Monday in Springfield, Mass., and the Los Angeles Lakers superstar took to Instagram to share a heartfelt tribute amid the fallout.
James, who was in attendance at the game, watched as play was halted when a fan threw an object at his son.

“Know I got your back and front throughout it all! I’d die for you and your siblings,” James wrote. “Never waver no matter what disrespect, hate, envy, jealousy, etc comes your way! Only push forward and continue to be the great kid/young man/person you are! Love you kid!!”
Along with his supportive social media dispatch, James also called the fan’s actions “just disrespectful,” praised his son as a “great kid” and lamented how it was believed to be a child who committed the act.
It certainly merits noting that the youngster who threw the object at Bronny James has since apologized for his actions — which turned out to be throwing an orange peel to get Bronny’s attention in a video posted to YouTube.
Bronny James unsurprisingly is subjected to an incredible amount of attention and scrutiny, not only because of his father, but also for his standing as one of the most talented young basketball players in the country.
James of course is incredibly protective of his son, not to mention his other children. With his entire family awash in the spotlight spawned by his celebrity, it’s understandable how James feels about Monday’s incident.
