Tom Brady shows off dad dance moves on practice field
Tom Brady clearly is pumped up for the 2019 NFL season to get underway, as evidenced by the New England Patriots busting out some dad-like dance moves Thursday on the practice field.
As shared on social media by NFL Network’s Michael Giardi, Brady appeared to demonstrate what could be called a quasi-breakdancing move, albeit a far too brief attempt at one.

Brady’s evident giddiness over Sunday night’s Week 1 matchup with the longtime rival Pittsburgh Steelers of course stands in stark contrast to how curmudgeonly head coach Bill Belichick heralded the arrival of the upcoming season.

“Yeah, I like football,” Belichick mumbled in his trademark monotone. “I like the football season and all the things that go with it.”
Belichick could scarcely contain his anticipation, right? Although his understated response, to put it mildly, is on point when it comes to how he routinely agonizes over answering innocuous inquiries from media members.
Brady, it merits noting, has evolved into one of the most entertaining athletes on social media, so if any mockery comes his way over his dance moves on Twitter, odds are he’ll respond in kind in a deprecating manner, as has been the case on more than one occasion in recent months.
As far as Brady and his brief effort to bust a move are concerned, let’s give the guy credit for trying to keep things loose on the practice field, even if it came off as a bit awkward.
