‘MLB The Show’ cover showcases Bryce Harper in Phillies uniform
Bryce Harper’s free-agency odyssey came to a merciful end Thursday when the superstar slugger signed a record-breaking 13-year, $330 million contract with the Philadelphia Phillies.

With that all wrapped up at long last, “MLB The Show,” the video game that will feature Harper on its next cover — announced at the onset of the offseason — celebrated the signing by showcasing him regaled in a Phillies uniform.

Odds are the Phillies, Harper and the team’s fans would not mind things playing out in such a manner, at least for this season. That said, in signing Harper, the Phillies obviously have their sights set on bigger and better things in the years to come, like a World Series title, if not more.
