Antonio Brown sends out cryptic ‘Open for business’ tweet
The convoluted Antonio Brown saga took another dramatic turn Thursday morning when the disgruntled Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver took to social media to post a tweet that cryptically hinted he’s ready to settle matters one way or another.
“Open for business,” Brown tweeted.

It’s obviously almost impossible to decipher exactly what the enigmatic superstar intends to convey with the tweet, but with trade rumors being floated — amid some recent stern comments from Steelers owner Art Rooney II — perhaps Brown simply wants uncertainty over his future resolved.
All that said, if the Steelers do intend to trade Brown, a report suggests the team is not liking what they are hearing on that front.
It sounds like the Steelers aren't getting the offers they expected to get for Antonio Brown.— ProFootballTalk (@ProFootballTalk) January 24, 2019
Brown’s pal and former teammate James Harrison recently stated the wide receiver may need a “fresh start” with a new team. The San Francisco 49ers are said to be a potential destination Brown would like, but it appears at this point, every available option for the Steelers remains on the table, despite Brown’s “Open for business” tweet.
Given the many twists and turns since the Steelers benched Brown for the team’s season finale — of which there have been many— it remains difficult to predict what may happen next.
