Lakers fans left bitter after again being denied free tacos
Los Angeles Lakers fans headed for the Staples Center exits disappointed for the second time in a week despite the home team notching a victory. Again, it was all over being denied free tacos courtesy of some late-game happenings.
The Lakers beat the Chicago Bulls by a score of 107-100, but the fact the visiting squad hit the century mark meant fans would not receive two free tacos from Jack in the Box, per the terms of the popular promotion.
The Bulls narrowly hit 100 points thanks to Shaq Harrison converting two-of-three free throws after getting fouled on a three-point attempt with barely any time left on the clock.

The manner in which they were again denied free tacos after being so tantalizingly close to securing them left Lakers fans extremely surly.

The Lakers’ free tacos promotion is such a fan favorite that the team even has an infographic about it on their official site.
Still, even with the win, Lakers fans missed out on two free Jack in the Box tacos. It goes without saying being hangry can inspire intense emotions.
