Aaron Judge hangs with A-Rod, Jennifer Lopez at charity softball game (pics)

CC Sabathia’s celebrity charity softball game on Thursday at Yankee Stadium attracted some true A-listers, including former Bronx Bomber Alex Rodriguez and girlfriend Jennifer Lopez, who were spotted chatting with Aaron Judge in the dugout.

Rodriguez did not participate in the action on the field but was shown on Yankee Stadium’s jumbotron. A-Rod is slated to be part of the broadcast team covering the Yankees’ showdown with the Boston Red Sox for ESPN’s “Sunday Night Baseball” this weekend.

Other luminaries who showed up for Sabathia’s charity event included Yankees icons Mariano Rivera and Jorge Posada, as well as current Yankees players Giancarlo Stanton, Brett Gardner and Greg Bird. Johnny Damon and New York Giants rookie running back Saquon Barkley also made an appearance.

The celebrity charity softball game raised approximately $1 million for Sabathia’s PitCChedIn Foundation, which serves inner city youth.

And the sight of Judge, the Yankees’ biggest young star, hanging out with one of its superstar former players (not to mention J-Lo, who A-Rod has been dating for about a year) certainly made for one of those patented Big Apple celebrity spectacles.
