Cleveland pastor’s ‘source’ says LeBron James ‘will return to the Cavs’
A Cleveland pastor named MyRon Edmonds claims to have an unnamed source who has informed him that LeBron James will return to the Cleveland Cavaliers for the 2018-19 NBA season.
“My source tells me that LeBron James – and you can take this to the bank – will be dressed in a Cleveland Cavaliers uniform next year. He will return to the Cavs,” Edmonds said in a Facebook video post, via Clutch Points. “You will hear it in the next 24-48 hours. LeBron James is coming back to the Cleveland Cavaliers.”
Not only that bombshell, Edmonds had some other big news to break on the LeBron front.
“Now, what I can’t tell you right now because it’s too soon to reveal this, but there some deals being made as we speak that are going to allow the Cavaliers to go back to the Finals next year,” Edmonds adds.
It’s clear we’ve reached the point of absurdity in “LeBron James Watch 2018” when pastors are posting things on social media claiming to have inside knowledge on the superstar’s future.
That said, James is expected to decline the player option in the final year of his contract with the Cavs on Friday, making him a free agent. That of course by no means points to James making preparations to leave Cleveland for a second time.
However, the unchecked speculation, rampant rumors and endless conjecture dedicated to James’ Decision 3.0 is at an all-time high with no signs of it slowing down anytime soon.
