Draymond Green’s mom tweeted shade at Kevin Durant during Game 2 loss

The Golden State Warriors were blown off the court by the Houston Rockets in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals, losing by the lopsided score of 127-105 that did not adequately illustrate how thoroughly the defending champs were outplayed.

While theories abounded in the wake of the loss that knotted up the series at one game apiece, Draymond Green’s mother had a theory behind how and why things went awry:

Kevin Durant, to highlight one issue, according to social media dispatches during the game out of Green’s mother.

Mary Babers is infamous for going on Twitter rants when it comes to her son and the Warriors. Her ire on Wednesday night, while widespread to a degree as the Warriors were vastly outplayed, centered on Durant.

Green’s mother specifically shaded Durant over taking too many shots and playing isolation basketball, tweeting “Straight ISO!”  and claiming Durant “took every damn shot.”

Outside of her discussions with others on Twitter, Babers issued the following doom-and-gloom tweets as the Warriors got blown out, including imploring her son to shoot the ball when given the chance.

Babers also bemoaned she would have been better off watching one of her favorite television shows as opposed to watching the on-court debacle.

Finally:

The Warriors of course are headed back to the Bay Area with a split in Houston, which all in all is not too bad. That said, the Warriors likely will be a motivated squad at Oracle Arena come Sunday night, eager to reassert themselves in front of their fans and take a 2-1 lead in the series.
