LeBron James says Donald Trump ‘really don’t give a f— about the people’ (vid)
Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James has once again slammed Donald Trump, claiming the President “really don’t give a f— about the people.”
James made his latest inflammatory remarks about Trump during a joint interview with Kevin Durant that was conducted by ESPN’s Cari Champion for UNINTERRUPTED. The interview occurred as the three rolled around Akron, Ohio.

“The climate is hot. The No. 1 job in America, the appointed person is someone who doesn’t understand the people. And really don’t give a f— about the people,” James said of Trump, via The Spun.
As noted, James has been a frequent critic of Trump and his administration and policies. James’ tweet in September admonishing Trump over a social media missive directed at Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry was among the top nine of the most retweeted tweets of 2017.
The Cleveland Cavaliers superstar’s tweet, in which he called Trump a “bum,” landed at No. 7 on Twitter’s list of most retweeted retweets.
U bum @StephenCurry30 already said he ain't going! So therefore ain't no invite. Going to White House was a great honor until you showed up!

James insisted shortly afterward that he had no regrets over the tweet.

James was not yet finished with the President during the new interview, however, as Champion later asked James whether he feels some of the comments made by Trump could be viewed as racist.
“It’s not even a surprise when he says something. It’s like laughable,” James said. “It’s laughable and it’s scary.”
