Tom Brady drops mic after yelling ‘Patriots out!’ at sendoff rally (vid)
Tom Brady on Monday morning got the New England Patriots faithful at Gillette Stadium pumped up with a rousing speech before the team embarked on their trip to Minneapolis for Super Bowl LII.
“I now we obviously can’t bring all of you to Minnesota with us — maybe some of you can come — but you guys are with us,” Brady told the crowd at the team’s sendoff rally. “We know that. You know that. We all know that. Patriot Nation is stronger than ever. We got one more to go! We’re gonna try to go out and win it for you guys. And that’s all we got. We love you. Patriots out!”

“It’s going to be fun,” Brady added in his speech. “Going to be a lot of hard work. We’re playing a great team but we got a locker room full of guys ready for the challenge.”
Jonathan Kraft, Danny Amendola, Bill Belichick, Duron Harmon and Devin McCourty also addressed the crowd. Rob Gronkowski made a surprise appearance at the rally but did not speak. The tight end is not allowed to address the media, either, until he is cleared of concussion protocol.
The Patriots closed the rally by loading up on team busses and departing while being led by a police escort.
