Bills fans have also been donating to Bengals WR Tyler Boyd’s charity

Buffalo Bills fans have been going above and beyond to show their gratitude to the Cincinnati Bengals over how the team played a critical role in helping their favorite NFL team reach the playoffs. How? By being extremely charitable.

Bills fans have been making sizeable donations to the charity of Andy Dalton to show gratitude. Now comes word donations are also being made to a charity near and dear to the heart of Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd.

Thanks to the Bengals’ 31-27 victory over the Baltimore Ravens — along with the Bills’ 22-16 win over the Miami Dolphins — Buffalo punched their playoff ticket for the first time since 1999.

Dalton and Boyd teamed on the game-winning TD that led the Bengals to victory. On a fourth-and-12 play, Dalton completed a pass to Boyd, who took it to the end zone with 45 seconds remaining in the game.

Bills fans have been flocking to the Andy and Jordan Dalton Foundation to make donations to the charity. In total, over 7,000 Bills fans have made donations amounting to a whopping $170,000 as of Tuesday, according to Dalton.

And now comes word that Bills fans are also giving thanks to Boyd for his integral role in getting the Bills’ postseason ticket punched by making donations to the Western PA Youth Athletic Association.

A spokesperson has informed CBS Sports that over $30,000 has been donated by Bills fans to the organization since Sunday.

Boyd has since taken to Twitter to express sincere gratitude to all the Bills fans who have made donations.
