The development of course was the talk of the NBA on social media. And perhaps not surprisingly, James himself weighed in on both Twitter and Instagram.
James, almost immediately after his ejection, liked an Instagram post from New York Giants superstar wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.

Here’s Beckham’s post:
James later took to Instagram himself to discuss the ejection, joking that the sneakers he was wearing during the game as “‘The Ejected Game’ Soldier 11 colorway.”
Here’s what James had to say about the ejection when talking with the media after the game.

Meanwhile, Kane Fitzgerald, the referee who made the historic ejection of James explained his decision to do so.

All told, it was quite the evening for James. The fact alone that James’ ejection generated so much discussion and debate demonstrates how he is unquestionably the NBA’s biggest star and attraction.
