Leonard Fournette apologizes to Jaguars fans for benching
Leonard Fournette took to Twitter to apologize to Jacksonville Jaguars fans for getting benched for last Sunday’s 23-7 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.

Fournette then tweeted a philosophical message about “difficult lessons you can learn in life.”
Man one of the best and most difficult lessons you can learn in life is that no one owes you anything and you owe yourself everything…….

Fournette was declared inactive for last Sunday’s game for violations of team rules, which later were learned to reportedly involve missing treatment, a workout and a team photograph session on Oct. 24.
“Leonard Fournette is not playing in today’s game due to an infraction of a team rule,” coach Doug Marrone said in a statement released by the team ahead of Sunday’s game, via NOLA.com. “This has been addressed internally and further details will not be made public.”
Fournette has been a revelation for the Jaguars offense after being selected fourth-overall in the 2017 NFL Draft, scoring seven touchdowns and rushing for 596 yards, the sixth-best rushing output in the NFL this season.
