JuJu Smith-Schuster finally gets driver’s license at 20 years old (pic)

Pittsburgh Steelers rookie wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has finally gotten his driver’s license at the age of 20, only weeks after a saga involving his stolen bicycle captivated the NFL world.

Smith-Schuster took to Twitter Tuesday morning to document how he had passed his driver exam.

Smith-Schuster later touted the milestone as his “biggest achievement of the year.”

Smith-Schuster became the center of one of the more lighthearted NFL stories in recent memory when it was learned his only means of transportation, his trusty bicycle, had been stolen. It was later recovered by a Pittsburgh-area police department, much to the wide receiver’s relief.

Interestingly, the man who turned in the bicycle — after buying it on the street from the presumed thief — later complained that he had not yet received the free tickets to a Steelers game, which was promised as a reward by Antonio Brown for the bike’s safe return.

“Honestly, it was my only mode of transportation,” Smith-Schuster said of the bike’s theft at the time. “I think it was God trying to tell me, ‘You need to get your license now.’”

And that he did.
