Report: LeBron James’ L.A. home vandalized with racist graffiti
LeBron James’ home in Los Angeles has been vandalized with racist graffiti, per a TMZ report.
The outer front gate of the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar’s Brentwood mansion was marked with the graffiti that included the n-word. Detectives with the LAPD reportedly are investigating the incident as a possible hate crime.
The police are hoping security cameras of James’ neighbors may have caught the suspect or suspects in the act. The graffiti has since been covered up.
James originally purchased the home in 2015 but it’s unclear how much time he actually spends residing in it. The superstar wasn’t at the residence at the time of incident as he’s believed to be with his Cavaliers teammates in Oakland preparing for Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors on Thursday.
