Mark Cuban reacts to unflattering Donald Trump tweet with world peace joke
There seems to be no end to the war of words — or tweets, more appropriately — between Mark Cuban and President Donald Trump. The outspoken Dallas Mavericks owner has responded to recent unflattering tweet from Trump with a joke about the President’s evidently overabundance of free time.
Trump took to Twitter Sunday morning to take a shot at Cuban’s merits as a potential presidential candidate.
I know Mark Cuban well. He backed me big-time but I wasn't interested in taking all of his calls. He's not smart enough to run for president!

Cuban, in an email to The Washington Post, speculated Trump’s tweet was in reaction to a New York Post story about him potentially being a presidential candidate in 2020.
Cuban’s first response to Trump’s troll job was a brief reply tweet.

Cuban then tweeted a shot of his own about his perception of Trump’s lack of presidential pedigree.
I don't know. But isn't it better for all of us that he is tweeting rather than trying to govern ? https://t.co/953MuEdfeu

With the dust still settling Monday, Cuban doubled-down by taking another shot at Trump’s preoccupation with him.
“There must be peace and harmony throughout the world because the president has chosen to wake up and tweet to me,” Cuban quipped before the Mavericks’ 111-98 loss to the Boston Celtics, via The Dallas Morning News. “So I read the tweet and it gave me a giggle, so I said “LOL,” (on Twitter). For every tweet, there’s an appropriate response.”
Mavericks center Andrew Bogut happened upon Cuban making his comments and asked his boss the following question: “Do you think you’re not smart enough to run for president?”
To which Cuban humorously replied, “I don’t understand the question.”
