Jim Harbaugh’s ‘dream’ is to have son baptized at Vatican during Rome trip
Jim Harbaugh is planning to take care of some family business when the Michigan Wolverines head to Rome for three of the program’s spring practices.
The Wolverines head coach took to Twitter to post a photo of him holding newborn son John. The newest member of the Harbaugh brood was born Jan. 11, 2017 and is Harbaugh’s fourth child with wife Sarah and his seventh child overall.
Given Harbaugh and the Wolverines will be in Rome anyway, the coach mentioned in the tweet it’s been his “dream” to have a child baptized at the Vatican.

Sounds like a workable plan if everything falls into place. And odds are good if John’s baptism at the Vatican does indeed occur, the infant will attack the religious ritual with an “Enthusiasm Unknown to Mankind,” a phrase that of course comes from a 2015 Harbaugh tweet that is so Harbaugh-ian it should be wearing Dockers.
The question is: Will Coach Harbaugh approach the baptism with the same intensity?
Is the Pope Catholic?
