Redskins fan Kevin Durant no fan of Antonio Brown touchdown (pic)
Kevin Durant, a D.C.-area native, was in attendance at the Washington Redskins-Pittsburgh Steelers tilt on Monday night. Being a big-time Redskins fan, Durant not surprisingly wasn’t terribly impressed when he got an up-close look at an Antonio Brown touchdown from his front row seat.

The touchdown in question was Brown’s first of the night, not the second one after which the Steelers wide receiver busted out a twerk celebration dance that is expected to result in a fine.
Durant was in town to take part in a halftime ceremony during which D.C.-area athletes were honored for their respective performances in the Rio Olympics. Durant of course won gold with the U.S. men’s basketball team.

While Durant obviously appreciated the tribute, odds are good he wasn’t fond of the smattering of boos heard throughout FedEx Field during the ceremony, a response presumably directed at him.
Cool moment honoring gold medalists @ Skins game. Couple boos for Durant (which is stupid) but overwhelmingly cheers pic.twitter.com/fLQPMoogqO

The reception likely stems from how Durant spurned the hometown Washington Wizards in free agency, instead opting to form a superteam with Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors.
The 38-16 blowout loss to the Steelers for the lifelong Redskins fan only added insult to injury. And being in Brown’s presence after he torched the Washington defense wasn’t helping matters, either.
