Judge nullifies Tom Brady’s four-game suspension
Rejoice, New England Patriots fans. Rejoice.
The Associated Press reports that Judge Richard M. Berman of United States District Court for the Southern District of New York has overturned the NFL’s four-game suspension of Tom Brady for his alleged role in the Deflategate controversy.
The relevant portion of Berman’s ruling in which Brady’s suspension is nullified follows:

Berman, who appeared more critical of the NFL than Brady throughout the case, made good on a promise earlier this week that he would make a quick ruling after repeatedly urging the parties to settle while presiding over the case.
Hopefully this is the end of the entire protracted Deflategate saga and both the Brady and the NFL can move on from it.
