Dwight Howard rocks ridiculous giant foam cowboy hat at Astros game (video)
Dwight Howard and the Houston Rockets may be watching the NBA Finals from the sidelines instead of playing in them, but that doesn’t mean the superstar center is holed up somewhere sulking and in a state of depressed dejection that he and his teammates came up short against the Golden State Warriors.
Nope, instead Howard is lending his support to another Houston-based pro sports team. And doing it in an outrageously absurd and playfully ostentatious manner.
Howard was spotted attending the Houston Astros-Baltimore Orioles tilt at Minute Maid Park on Wednesday, rocking a ridiculous giant foam cowboy hat.
He clearly was enjoying his time at the ballpark, even chowing down on some popcorn while watching the action on the field.

For what it’s worth, Howard picked a good day to show up at the ballpark as the Astros beat the Orioles by a score of 3-1 to boost their season record to an impressive 34-20. He even joined Astros players Evan Gattis and Jose Altuve for a post-win meet-and-greet.
