Overexcited Bulls fan slaps Joakim Noah on the butt (video)
The Chicago Bulls played inspired basketball down the stretch to storm back from a seven-point deficit heading into the fourth quarter to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder by a score of 108-105. And one overenthusiastic Bulls backer with floor seats temporarily lost in mind while celebrating, slapping an exuberant Joakim Noah on the butt.
The Bulls, playing without Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler, took the lead late on E’Twaun Moore’s clutch three-pointer with 2.1 seconds left on the clock, holding off a Thunder team powered by Russell Westbrook’s bravado 43-point, seven-assist and eight-rebound performance.
After Moore’s three, the Bulls weren’t quite yet in the clear, but a superb defensive stop sealed the deal, an effort that inspired the aforementioned Bulls fan to get overly handsy with Noah’s rear end.
“It was great,” Noah said after the game, per ESPN. “That felt so good. It felt really good.”
Chances are good the fiery Bulls center was referring to the big victory and not about the impromptu spanking he received.
