With LeBron James now in the fold, perhaps the Cleveland Cavaliers are on the cusp of attracting A-list, big-time stars to fill Quicken Loans Arena’s courtside seats, much like the New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers have been doing for decades.

That may be a bit of a stretch given the fine city of Cleveland does not boast as large of a contingent of superstars of stage and screen and so on among its citizenry as L.A. and NYC.

But for one night, the Q had some pretty big names among the thousands of fans filling the arena for the Cavs’ 111-108 win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

None other than Kate Upton, along with her boyfriend, Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander, happened to be in Cleveland and decided to catch LeBron and company in some NBA action.

The power couple of Cy Young Award-winning pitcher and ├╝ber-supermodel provided plenty of sparkle and superstar sheen to courtside, something the two similarly accomplished in Madison Square Garden a few weeks ago while taking in a New York Knicks game alongside Taylor Swift.

Upon and Verlander even managed to show up on the arena’s Kiss Cam.

While the couple made their appearance on the Jumbotron, Moondog, the Cavs mascot, sneaked a smooch from the gorgeous Upton.

Something tells me Verlander isn’t too worried about Moondog horning in on his longtime gal pal. But then again, that Moondog is one smooth operator, so perhaps he should be slightly concerned. Or not.

Fellow major league pitcher CC Sabathia also attended the game, and the trio took some photos together.

Finally, simply for kicks, here’s a photograph of Upton and Verlander walking to their seats. Check out the dude in the red shirt checking out Upton as she strolls by his seat.

Haha. Can’t say we can blame him for ogling, though. Still, it’s quite amusing.
