Jenn Sterger hints she’ll be back in her cowgirl outfit for Seminoles-Gators game (pic)
It has been quite a few years since Jenn Sterger, then a comely coed at Florida State University, was spotted in the stands by an ogling Brent Musburger, who uttered the now-infamous line, “1,500 red-blooded Americans just decided to apply to Florida State.”
Sterger parlayed the national recognition into several high-profile sports media gigs, including a stint with the New York Jets, which of course involved the salacious Brett Favre cell phone photo brouhaha.
Sterger, now 30, has recovered somewhat from the hullabaloo with the Jets and presumably continues to do her own thing as she pursues a career in acting, etc.
She has hoisted herself back into the spotlight Wednesday by revealing on social media that she intends to return to her old stomping grounds and be in Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium as the Florida State Seminoles host the rival Florida Gators in Tallahassee.
Not only that, Sterger also hinted at the possibility that she will again don an outfit from her famous cowgirl gear to commemorate her return.
She posted a teaser photograph on Instagram of her possible ensemble, writing, “Florida.. I’ll be in you this weekend. Also. This is happening.”
Brent Musburger’s “Spidey-Sense” just started tingling, and let’s hope that’s it.
