Justin Verlander, Kate Upton attend Knicks game, hang with Taylor Swift (photos)
The so-called “Celebrity Row” at Madison Square Garden was chock-full of A-list talent during Wednesday’s New York Knicks game, highlighted by Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander and his now-longtime girlfriend, Kate Upton.
With the Knicks hosting the Orlando Magic at the iconic arena — in a game the hometown team would go on to lose 97-95 — superstars of sport, stage and screen were in abundance.
Seated nearby Verlander and Upton were none other than pop music songstress Taylor Swift and her friend Britany Maack. Seated alongside those two young ladies was actress Amanda Seyfried, who was on a date with actor Justin Long.
This meting of blonde ambition provided an opportunity for the gaggle of gals to take a photo together, which Swift posted to Instagram along with the simple caption, “Knicks.”
The Knicks, recognizing the high-wattage power of the two bombshells sharing the same stretch of side-court, snapped a photo of their own and posted it to the team’s official Instagram account.
Verlander and Seyfried — not to mention actor Justin Long, who was the actress’ date — probably were sitting there thinking, “What gives? What are we, chopped liver?”
