Hand-drawn flip book made of Blues’ Vladimir Tarasenko’s jaw-dropping goal (video)

St. Louis Blues forward Vladimir Tarasenko scored a goal for the ages on Monday night. Speeding right past three helpless New York Rangers players as he raced through the zone, Tarasenko stickhandled his way to the goal mouth, where he proceeded to save one mind-blowing move to beat netminder Cam Talbot with easily the sickest goal of this young 2014-15 NHL season.

And here it is in GIF form (via SB Nation):

Goodness gracious. And this was after Tarasenko was named the NHL’s First Star of the Week earlier on Monday.

So impressed was on individual with Tarasenko’s dazzing display of dexterity, speed and skill that he created a flip book to literally illustrate the absurdity of it all.

Wow. That’s impressive. Not as impressive as the 22-year-old Russian’s slick goal, but pretty impressive nevertheless.
