Infographic: Roy Halladay’s no-hitter in the 2010 National League Division Series
On Oct. 6, 2010, in his first postseason start, Roy Halladay accomplished something that only one other pitcher has done in Major League Baseball history: Throw a postseason no-hitter.
Halladay led the Philadelphia Phillies to a 4-0 Game 1 win in the 2010 National League Division Series, shutting down a Cincinnati Reds lineup left utterly befuddled by the pitcher’s mound mastery.
Halladay joined the great Don Larsen, who threw a perfect game in the 1956 World Series — as the only other pitcher to ever notch a no-hitter in the postseason.
Coverage of the Division Series returns to FOX Sports for the first time since 2006, with FOX Sports 1 set to air eight of 10 National League Division Series games.
