Miami Heat fans to wear ‘Hey Lance, Blow This’ t-shirts for Game 6? (photo)
Lance Stephenson blew in LeBron James’ ear during Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals series between the Miami Heat and the home-court Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night.
The bizarre act led to a veritable Internet meme meltdown immediately afterward and has barely cooled off as the days passed.
Down 3-1 heading into Game 5, whether or not the ear-blowing incident had any impact on the game — it didn’t — the Pacers proved triumphant, winning 93-90, ensuring that there would be a Game 6 at AmericanAirlines Arena on Friday night in Miami.
One Miami-based radio host, if he has his way, will make sure that Stephenson realizes Heat fans won’t soon forget his oddball antics and that payback can be one hostile beeyotch.
Paul Castronovo, of the “Paul & Young Ron Show” on Miami’s WBGG-FM, tweeted out a photo offering up free t-shirts that bear the message “Hey Lance, Blow This,” presumably for fans to wear to the game.

Sadly, the odds are slim to none that security won’t allow any fan wearing this somewhat crass t-shirt into AmericanAirlines Arena, although there are many ways around that relatively minor roadblock.
On the other hand, who knows? Depending on the success of Castronovo’s grass roots campaign, to see thousands of Heat fans wearing these shirts would be a pretty far out sight.
