Brett Favre still resembles the most musclebound hobo you’ve ever seen (photo)
A video post on something called Sqor — I know, I’m unhip and not with it — was published on Wednesday featuring Brett Favre discussing Thursday’s 2014 NFL Draft.
“My 2014 NFL Draft predictions and thoughts on Johnny Manziel. Comment and tell me what y’all think. I’ll announce my number one pick tomorrow,” Favre or whoever writes in the post.
It’s all very interesting and even insightful at times, but as you can see from the screengrab above, the highlight of Favre stepping out into the spotlight again has to be the tremendous shape he still is in after years of retirement.
Seriously, look at those guns, man. The veins, dude, the veins!
Completing the look is the fact that Favre is still sporting that fantastic hobo beard. It looks like instead of hopping off his John Deere tractor he crawled out from under some bridge somewhere … like he’s some kind of Gunslinger Troll out to taunt the Three Billy Goats Gruff or whatever.
Given his somewhat unkempt but nevertheless buff look, Favre in his current state would have been a perfect tag-team partner for “Da’ Maniac,” the down-on-his-luck pro wrestler portrayed by Roddy Piper on “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.”
Now that would have made for some great scenes. We already know Favre can act … well, he can stand in front of a camera and spit out garbled lines, I guess.
Anyway, one question: Is Favre rocking Wranglers in the video? Stand up, Favre! Inquiring minds need to know!
UPDATE: Thanks to Gamedayr, here’s the video:
