Jason Dufner, Ian Poulter play some ping pong in China (video)

Scores of stars from the the European Tour as well as a smattering of players from the PGA Tour have descended on Shenzhen, China, this week for the 20th edition of the Volvo China Open at the Genzon Golf Club.

Among those stars from the States and across the pond are Jason Dufner and Ian Poulter, both of whom spent some time playing ping pong recently. And from the looks of it, the two fellas are pretty skilled ping pong players.

Dufner, a generally stoic guy perhaps a bit down in the dumps after missing the cut at the Masters a few weeks ago, appears to be in a jovial mood, enjoying himself immensely while sharing the table with two titans of table tennis.

Poulter, meanwhile, was his typical snarky self, as evidenced by the below GIF:

Yep, that about sums up Ian Poutler, right?

Ping pong certainly appears to be something of a favorite pastime among professional golfers. Players are known to routinely engage in epic table tennis tournaments while away from the course in order to relax and blow off steam. Even adversaries like Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson have been known to partner-up for games and take the same side of the table. And if ping pong can bring those two together, well, something something something.
