Jim Furyk drains 64-foot bomb of a putt at Texas Open (video)

Jim Furyk may have tied for sixth at the Valero Texas Open, but his 64-foot putt was a thing of beauty and arguably was the shot of the day.

The treacherous ridge Furyk had to navigate over before the long-distance bomb ultimately fed into the hole made it that much more amazing of a putt.

Steven Bowditch, despite hitting a 76 on Sunday on a blustery TPC San Antonio — he wasn’t the only player high on the leader board to struggle — somehow held on for his first PGA Tour victory.
