LeBron James fan ejected from Cavs-Heat game after threatening to storm court (pics)

A self-described Miami Heat and LeBron James fan was ejected from Tuesday’s game against the Cleveland Cavaliers at Quicken Loans Arena after threatening to storm the court on Twitter.

Twitter user @_GodsSoldier_10 had floor seats to see his favorite team take on the hometown Cavs and offered up the following promise about taking to the court:

SB Nation was among the sites that monitored the retweets throughout the night and was making steady progress towards his goal of 1,000 retweets.

Sadly for him, the Cavaliers or NBA security or some combination of both were one step ahead of him, either through the monitoring of tweets or some stroke of luck (it probably wasn’t difficult to identify him after posting pics from his seat), as the fan was ultimately ejected from the game, video of which has been retweeted by @_GodsSoldier_10 himself:

He then tweeted the warning he received as a consequence of his social media conduct:

Before he was tossed out into the Cleveland streets, things got a little hairy for the man with the ill-advised Twitter threat.

However the Cavaliers and arena security found out about his intended gambit at making an on-court scene, the team used the man and his plan as a warning to anyone else planning to engage in such tomfoolery and skullduggery.

Despite his ejection, he had no regrets as he got to see LeBron James put up a monster first half — 31 points, including a 25-point first quarter, before getting tossed:

But in the end, the man ejected put everything in perspective with the following tweet regarding a casualty of his self-created ordeal.

Discarded $10 nachos? Harsh, man. Harsh.
