LeBron James posts Photoshop of himself wearing Bane mask after nose is bloodied (pic/vid)

LeBron James was forced to leave the Miami Heat’s 103-81 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday after having his nose bloodied by Serge Ibaka on a dunk in midway through the 4th quarter.

As James drove the lane, Ibaka’s arm inadvertently made contact with his nose. But that didn’t stop LeBron. He proceeded to penetrate and threw down a thunderous one-handed dunk before crumbling to the floor in obvious pain.

Blood from his nose dripped on the floor as LeBron regained his senses after the shot to the face.

Following the game, Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra said LeBron’s nose was hurting.

“He got hit pretty good down there,” Spoelstra said.

James did not meet with the media after the game. He reportedly passed a concussion test and is scheduled to have an X-ray once the team returns to Miami.

Even though the prognosis is not yet known and whether or not the nose is broken or if he’ll miss any games, LeBron did attempt to make light of the situation, posting a Photoshopped image on his Instagram page featuring him wearing a Bane mask.

He writes, “I mean I just might have to…BaneJames #StriveForGreatness”

What a Joker. Joker. Get it? Batman, Bane, Joker? Come on, people. That’s gold!
