Breaking: LeBron James is good at dunking, Dwyane Wade adept at alley-ooping (videos)

LeBron James and Dwyane Wade did their very best to put on a good show for NBA fans on Christmas Day. Not on one, but two occasions did the dynamic duo put on a dazzling demonstration of athleticism and teamwork with not one, but two amazing alley-oops during the Miami Heat’s 101-95 win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday.

With a shade under four minutes left in the first quarter (above), D-Wade and LeBron initiated a fast break off a Lakers turnover. LeBron fed the ball to Wade in transition and Wade fed it right back to James as the two entered the paint. Wade, tossing the ball back over his head, fed LeBron perfectly with a nifty alley-oop pass, which LeBron threw down viciously with a one-handed tomahawk throwdown. Slamma-jamma, indeed.

With less than three minutes remaining in second quarter, LeBron and Wade hooked up again. The highlight reel-worthy play between the two once again came off another Lakers miscue, except this time, Wade’s perfect pass was first thrown off the backboard before James thew down the feed with authority with his left hand.

This just in: LeBron James and Dwyane Wade? They’re pretty good at basketball. Yeah.
