Bengals punter Kevin Huber once again uses bone-crushing hit pic for his Twitter avatar (photos)

In case you missed it, Cincinnati Bengals punter Kevin Huber was on the receiving end of a vicious — and arguably dirty — hit during Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. During a 78-yard punt return by Antonio Brown, Huber was crushed by linebacker Terence Garvin.

It is believed that Garvin will be fined by the NFL for his conduct on the play.

Huber not only suffered a broken jaw on the play, he also reportedly suffered a cracked veterbrae, meaning he’s headed to injured reserve, ending his season.

But Huber has displayed a surprising sense of humor about the entire incident by changing his Twitter avatar to the photo below which painfully documents the violent hit:

Not sure I’d have the same whimsical outlook about nearly getting decapitated on a dirty hit, but this apparently isn’t the first time Huber has utilized an image of him being obliterated on the field for his Twitter avatar.

According to SB Nation’s Cincy Jungle, Huber previously used the disturbing image below for his avatar:

Fantastic. Kevin Huber: Making the world laugh with his painfully insane misery!

And as far as Huber is faring? He’s doing alright, although he — not surprisingly — appears to be enjoying a liquid-only diet at the moment.

That sucks. But then again, mint chocolate chip milkshake? Yummy.
