Justin Tucker kicks six field in goals in Ravens win, then gives shout out to fantasy owners (GIF/video)
Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker had a game for the ages on Monday night against the Detroit Lions. Tucker booted six field goals, accounting for all the team’s points in a critical 18-16 that kept Baltimore’s playoff hopes alive.
Tucker’s 61-yard game-winner with 38 seconds remaining was the longest converted field goal in “Monday Night Football” history, as well as the longest field goal in Ravens history, not to mention the longest field goal made indoors in NFL history.
There was also this interesting nugget from Elias, via ESPN:
Justin Tucker is the first player in history to kick FGs in the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s, in terms of yardage. (via @EliasSports)

To put it mildly, for anyone who had Tucker on their fantasy football team this week was singing his praises and his remarkable game. In all likelihood, Tucker’s performance could have very well vaulted teams with him on the squad into the next round, presumably the league’s championship.
Even Tucker acknowledged not only fantasy football in general during his post-game comments, he also mentioned his own team.
“My fantasy team is benefiting from it, as well, so I’m happy about that,” Tucker said afterward. “Fantasy owners around the world, I hope you guys appreciate the points, as well.”
Spoken like a true fantasy football dork. Kudos.
