Mike Tomlin trips Islanders player coming off the bench in slice of Internet hilarity (video)

Some of the biggest news in the NFL as of late has revolved around Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin’s sideline antics during the team’s Thanksgiving game against the Baltimore Ravens when he appeared to stroll out on to the field, getting in the way of Jacoby Jones during a return.

Tomlin was fined $100,000 for the act and while the story appears to be all but wrapped up — save for whether or not the Steelers will have draft picks altered or taken away — some wisenheimers have decided to have a little bit of fun with Tomlin, whether his transgressions were intentional or not.

During Tuesday’s game between the New York Islanders and Pittsburgh Penguins, Islanders defenseman Andrew MacDonald had a little trouble getting on to the ice for a shift as he stumbled off the bench.

“The X Morning Show” in Pittsburgh created a video where they placed Tomlin directly in front of MacDonald, making it appear that Tomlin tripped him. Good stuff.
