Paint job on LeBron’s Lamborghini matches Nike LeBron X1 floral print (pics/vid)

When you’re LeBron James, simply having your own Lamborghini Aventador Roadster doesn’t quite cut it. That’s why the Miami Heat superstar availed himself of the services of Lou La Vie, an exotic auto rental business based in Miami.

And while King James would never have the need to rent a luxury automobile, Lou La Vie, in conjunction with Nike, Toys for Boys Miami and Rich B Caliente, created a one-of-a-kind, customized Lamborghini Aventador Roadster for the reigning NBA MVP and world champion.

To make the car distinctly LeBron-ian, the paint job matches the floral print found inside the Nike LeBron X1 “King’s Pride” sneakers.

Garish, yes — especially when it covers an entire car — but pretty dope nevertheless.

The custom Lamborghini was unveiled this week in Miami at the VIP preview of the 11/11 Experience event alongside the new LeBron X1s that match the paint job. A car to match one’s shoes? Yeah, it’s good to be King.

Out of the factory, the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster boasts a 6.5L V12 engine, 700 horsepower and a 7-Speed DCT transmission, which leads this non-gearhead to believe that it’s pretty, pretty fast.

The base MSRP on the bad boy sans the customization? $445,300. Quite the chunk of change.

There is virtually no chance of rolling around in this ocular nightmare on wheels unnoticed. Then again, the fact that it is a Lamborghini to begin with makes traveling incognito in this ride a nonstarter anyway.
