St. Louis weatherman bemoans Cardinals’ woeful offense during forecast (video)

While doing a forecast on Wednesday afternoon, a meteorologist on St. Louis’ FOX 2 utilized some technical difficulties to segue into a rip on how ineffective the St. Louis Cardinals offense had been up to that point against Boston Red Sox pitching during the World Series — in particular during Monday’s 3-1 loss in Game 5. And that was before the Redbirds put up a one-spot as the team was eliminated in Game 6 at Fenway Park.

One would think a meteorologist would be able to “weather” a few glitches during a forecast, right? No? How about this one? As far as it concerns this meteorologist from St. Louis, the Red Sox pitching staff were more than capable of serving as the team’s “Arch”-nemesis. No good? As Lee puts it himself, a big swing and a miss on that one.

Well, I guess when it rains, it pours.
