Washington Redskins use helicopter to dry practice field (photo/video)
A wet and soggy practice field greeted the Washington Redskins on Friday morning at the Bon Secours Training Facility in Richmond, Va., so the team elected to do the most sensible thing, other than, you know, practice on a wet field: A helicopter was called in to help expedite the removal of any bothersome moisture from the surface.

And some video:
Question: Why didn’t the team simply call on Ryan Kerrigan to dry out the darn thing? He’s the sun, for crying out loud!
