Uh, gross: Pirates fan shaves ‘LET’S GO BUCS’ into chest and stomach hair (photo)

While you have to admire this fan’s passion for his beloved Pittsburgh Pirates baseball team — and who can blame him? After years of relative ineptitude, the Pirates are rolling right along this season, sitting with a 58-39 record, only a game-and-a-half out of first place in the National League Central. Two issues, however, are in play regarding his decision to shave “LET’S GO BUCS” into his abundant supply of body hair that covers his chest and stomach areas.

First of all, what’s up with not shaving an apostrophe into “LETS”? That’s simply a poor example of “When Grammatical Errors Mar An Otherwise Splendid Message of Support Via Body Hair Messaging.” If I’ve seen it once, I’ve seen it a thousand times. Or maybe just once. Who’s keeping count, right?

Secondly, um, gross. That was an awful lot of hair this guy had on his body, and frankly, he still has an absurd amount of hair remaining after his artistic expression in the medium of body hair. It was like his abdomen was his surface, his hair the paint and the clippers his brush. And he used his tools to produce an original, albeit nasty, piece of pro-Pirates artwork. Again, gross.
