Kobe Bryant uploads distrubingly graphic image from his Achilles surgery (photo)

To commemorate the one-month anniversary of the surgery on his ruptured Achilles tendon that was performed by Dr. Neal ElAttrache, Los Angeles Lakers hobbled superstar Kobe Bryant tweeted a link to his Instagram account of an extremely graphic image from when the surgery was performed.

I’m not kidding. It’s not for the squeamish. Viewer discretion is advised.

Above is a photo Kobe uploaded to Instagram on April 13 showing the superstar being prepped for surgery. Below is the graphic photo of what was going on during surgery (via @kobebryant):

GAH! What in the world motivated Bryant to tweet such a disturbing photo? I mean, it’s great and all that KObe really has taken to social media, but what’s the next unsettling image Kobe intends to unleash next on his unsuspecting fans and followers? A photo of one of his bowel movements? Because as interesting as he may think his bowel movements may be, we don’t need to see those kind of disturbing images, either. Good grief.
