LeBron James put on another dazzling pregame dunk display in Philly (video)

LeBron James: He’s good at slam-dunking basketballs. Surprised you hadn’t heard.

As he is wont to do — and despite his protestations, flip-flopping and eventual threats about ending the routine before ultimately reconsidering — Miami Heat superstar LeBron James put on another semi-dazzling dunking demonstration before he and his teammates took on the Philadelphia 76ers at the Wells Fargo Center on Wednesday night.

A mishmash of lackadaisical efforts kicked off the festivities, but LeBron was simply building up to the finale, as he finished with a flourish, throwing down a thunderous two-handed slam off an alley-oop pass. Pretty compelling stuff.

Once the game began, LeBron James was his usual boxscore-filling self, finishing with 27 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds as he led the Heat to the team’s 20th-consecutive victory, sneaking out of Philly with a 98-94 win.
