Baseball player known as Kung-Fu Panda injures hamstring doing splits (video)

In clearly the least shocking development from Tuesday’s slate of baseball games is the news that Pablo Sandoval, the San Francisco Giants infielder who affectionately goes by the name of Kung-Fu Panda, injured his hamstring stretching out and practically doing the splits to catch a throw in order to complete the turn of a double play during a game against the San Diego Padres.

According to reports, Sandoval will take a few days off and will undergo an MRI exam Wednesday to determine the extent of the injury sustained when he did something that the body of someone who is listed at 5’11”, 246 pounds should ever be expected to do.
