Here is what Derrick Rose’s new $2.8 million pad in Trump Tower probably looks like

News broke earlier this week that Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose recently purchased a lavish, three-bedroom condominium in Chicago’s Trump International Hotel & Tower for the tidy sum of $2.8 million. The princely pad is reportedly a 3,102-square-foot unit near the top of the 92-story building which provides stunning views of the city’s skyline.

The building, located at 401 N. Wabash Avenue, is also the home of fellow Chicago sports star, Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane. Rose apparently “fell in love” with the building after staying for three weeks in the hotel there last summer.

Said Andrew Glatz, president of Chicago-based Crown Heights Realty whose firm handles properties in Trump Tower:

“He got one of the top four units in the building,” said Mr. Glatz, who was not involved in the deal. “For a guy who’s 23 and living a bachelor life, I can’t imagine a better bachelor pad.”

While no photos of Rose’s actual condo have surfaced at this point, a quick perusal of Crown Heights Realty’s website, specifically their listings currently available in Trump Tower, turned up a property for sale that matches the square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and has a price tag consistent with what Rose paid for his new digs, so one can assume the photos that follow below are a reasonable approximation — but not exact — of what Rose’s new place looks like.
