Attention, Phillies Fans: Beware The Elusive Citizens Bank Park Dumpster Hippie
Do not, I repeat, do not feed the Elusive Citizens Bank Park Dumpster Hippie any granola. It’s a safety issue and if you do, be prepared for the trollish lurker to follow you around everywhere.
Big ups to the Philadelphia Phillies-centric blog, The Fightins, for alerting baseball fans in Philly to the strange creature who inhabits trash cans at Citizens Bank Park. Not only do they point out its natural nemesis, Phil the Can, but they also document its habitat, physical description and the mythological beast’s lifespan/longevity. Very important stuff.
You know what? Perhaps the Elusive Citizens Bank Park Dumpster Hippie was the person who bid $3,500 for that “Baby Leesus” piece of artwork. Ah, who am I kidding? There’s no way in hell it has a job.
