Better Lube Up: John Daly Would Like To Teach You How To Stroke It Like A Pro
Okay, that came out wrong. We’re talking about a golf game here, not some masturbatory funny business. I think.
Look out, Tiger Woods, here comes a challenger who knows a thing or two about stroking it! It appears when he’s not occupied with suing children’s charities, John Daly keep himself busy by developing video games. Courtesy of this tweet (“Sneak Peek of my game only here “John Daly’s Pro Stroke Golf”–Y’all are gonna love to Grip It & Rip It!”) by the big man himself, we have all been fortunate enough to have been provided a sneak peek at the boxes for his upcoming golf video game, John Daly’s ProStroke Golf.
Produced by O-Games (company’s motto: “Our Games at O-Games Make You Show Everybody Your O-Face!” Okay, not really, but it should be that), here’s are some details from John Daly’s ProStroke Golf’s official site regarding the new game:
John Daly’s ProStroke Golf features the unique and critically acclaimed ProStroke™ control that allow players to shape and control real golf hots like never before in a golf video game.
John Daly’s ProStroke Golf will feature fully licensed courses which John has played on, bringing the real PGA experience into your home. John Daly’s ProStroke Golf will also include many different game modes, realistic golf physics and commentary by the famous voices of golf delivering the complete golfing experience for golf fans, sports fans and gamers.
“John Daly’s Prostroke Golf is a great golf game that everyone can play and enjoy” said PGA legend John Daly. “For too long, the golfing genre has been dominated by one franchise, but with ProStroke Golf’s great game play, control and realism, that’s all about to change. I’ve had the time of my life gripping and ripping it on the PGA Tour, and now gamers everywhere can see what it’s like to step into the Lion’s Den and bomb it down the fairway!”
The release date is scheduled for October 1st, so amateur strokers will have plenty of time to work on their form, I guess. I, for one, cannot wait to demonstrate my proficiency with ProStroke control. It got me through high school, didn’t it? And college. And so on and so forth.
