Rich Eisen Posts A 6.21 In His Annual 40-Yard Dash At The Combine
The NFL Network’s Rich Eisen just ran his 40-yard dash at the combine and posted – according to a tweet by Eisen – a time of 6.21 seconds (The Huddle has him running it in 6.25 seconds), one of the best times ever for the desk jockey.
Via an earlier report from Shutdown Corner:
Nobody knows this better than NFL Network host Rich Eisen, who will run the 40-yard dash at the Combine for the sixth straight year. Eisen, whose athletic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, ran his first 40 in 2005 and banked a 6.7 time. In 2006, he cut his time to 6.2, and ran in the region of 6.3 every year from 2007 through 2009.
You can see video of it on NFL.com here. Although a pretty good time for Eisen – especially when you keep in mind he’s doing it in a suit – it still couldn’t top Terrence “Bitch Tits” Cody’s 40 time of 5.64 seconds. I suppose you still have to give Eisen credit for the effort.
